In the restaurant chef patron, Mark Birchall, creates delicate produce driven menus inspired by the exceptional surroundings and home grown ingredients.
Mark, most recently Executive Chef of 2 Michelin Star L’Enclume, won the Roux Scholarship, the premier competition for chefs in the UK. He also worked at El Celler de Can Roca, Girona, a 3 Michelin Star Restaurant owned by the Roca Brothers, twice voted the world’s best restaurant.
Following the huge success of Moor Hall, Mark Birchall's casual dining restaurant The Barn at Moor Hall offers a contemporary casual dining experience. From 35 day aged rib eye steaks to a full vegetarian menu, delicious side dishes and puddings galore, The Barn has something for everyone including a fantastic selection of hand crafted cocktails, bottled and draught beers, whisky, vodka and wine.
