Having worked at various well-regarded restaurants around the country, three time Michelin star winning chef Tim Allen has brought plenty of experience to his first solo venture to Aughton, a quaint corner of West Lancashire.
Tim’s vision is for his guests to enjoy a casual dining experience that is accessible; to serve delicious, well-executed food in informal surroundings, with a unique drinks offer. Sōlō’s dishes are modern with special touches, and he lets each flavour-packed core ingredient shine through.
