West Lancashire Borough Council and Discover Ormskirk are teaming up with Green Tourism to run a series of webinars about our Green Tourism scheme, what’s involved and the benefits it can bring to your business and the whole of West Lancashire.
This webinar is ideal for any businesses in the Accommodation, Gym & Sport, Leisure, Retail or Tourism sectors who are want to become more sustainable and want to hear more how they can to achieve the internationally recognised Green Tourism Standard, which is fully funded by West Lancashire Borough Council.
It will be conducted virtually and will last 45 mins with additional time at the end for questions if needed.
The Green Tourism initiative, which aims to support our local businesses to become greener, improve sustainability and make a real difference to the environment, was launched in June with our first ‘Introducing Green Tourism’ webinar. It was great to see many businesses in attendance and sign up for the scheme and we’re looking forward to supporting them through the programme to enable them to become more sustainable.
