In this half hour session, Eden Tearoom & Galleries‘ tutor Vikki will teach your little one the technique of throwing their first pot on a potters wheel. All children will have one pot, painted in a colour of their choice, ready to collect a week or so later!
Suitable for children aged 7-11 years old only. This is due to being physically able to reach and operate the foot pedal of the potters wheel and to have the manual dexterity to manipulate the clay.
Please ensure any child with long hair has it tied back for health and safety reasons.
The class will consist of 4 children, so if your child has additional needs and will need extra one-to-one support please be prepared to assist during the class and inform the tutor Vikki before the class date via workshops@edentearoom.com
Please note if you would like to use Eden’s tearoom it must be booked separately as Eden cannot guarantee there will be tables available on the day.
