Step into a stunning lunar experience at Ormskirk Parish Church.
Moonlight Moments invites visitors to enjoy a striking illuminated scale model of the Moon, suspended inside the church and set against the beautiful backdrop of this historic venue. Atmospheric lighting will bring the installation to life and highlight its remarkable detail.
Families can also enjoy Storytime Under the Moon, a cosy and magical storytelling session beneath the glowing Moon installation.
The evening will also include a special screening of Despicable Me, giving families the chance to sit back and enjoy a popular animated film in a unique setting.
Guests will also hear from Dr Steve Barrett of the University of Liverpool, who will give a talk exploring the claims and arguments surrounding the alleged falsification of the Apollo 11 Moon landing.
This is a chance to enjoy an evening of wonder, storytelling, film and conversation in one of Ormskirk’s most atmospheric spaces.
