Congratulations to SŌ-LŌ, Aughton, for retaining its Michelin Star which was first awarded in March 2023.
SŌ-LŌ opened its doors in November 2021, and is Chef Patron Tim Allen’s first solo venture following his work in various other Michelin-starred restaurants across England.
This will be Tim’s fourth Michelin Star in his career, and he has been featured in all major food guides for Top 50 Gastropubs and Top 100 Restaurants, and was also a competitor on the BBC’s Great British Menu.
